Nursing Services

The Nursing Services of WCMH are under the direction of:

Emergency Department

The Emergency Department is staffed 24 hours a day with emergency medical personnel including a qualified physician.  The W.C.M.H. Emergency Department is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for the care of the acute emergency patient.   To contact the Emergency Department call (573) 438-5451 Ext. 273.

 

Acute Care

Washington County Memorial Hospital's dedicated and caring nursing staff is comprised of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nurse assistants, and ward clerks.  Our nursing and support staff are educated in all aspects of patient care and utilize this expertise in a variety of clinical settings.

 

Surgery

Washington County Memorial Hospital's surgical staff is comprised of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and operating room technicians.

 

Patients in all units are cared for by a team approach that includes nursing and medical staff, as well as a full complement of other dedicated healthcare providers.
